S300 PIPELINE CRAWLER 수평배관용 (내경 300-2000mm)
다목적의 S300 크롤러는 메인라인 뿐만 아니라 국부적인 라인도 통합된 하나의 시스템으로 검사를 향상할 수 있다. S300은 모든 기능이 탑재된 시스템으로 횡단배관 내부를 매우 정밀하게 촬영하여 동영상 및 사진 저장을 유선으로 12.1” 터치스크린에 전송하고, 바로 그 자리에서 보고서를 작성할 수 있다.
높거나 낮거나 깊거나 진흙탕, 돌이 많은 곳 등 장애물이 아무리 많아도 손쉽게 배관 내부를 검사할 수 있으며, 간단히 누수되고 있는 가스라인을 정밀하게 검사할 수 있다. 이 중장비 모터로 운용된 크롤러는 지능적인 운전시스템으로 과거에는 장애물로 여겨졌던 많은 곳을 동급 최강 사양으로 거침없이 운전이 가능하다.
이 견고한 로봇시스템은 최첨단 기술력을 바탕으로 300mm 이상의 관로도 거침없이 검사할 수 있다. 선택사양으로 주어진 4개의 230mm 바퀴, 카메라 상승장치, 보조광원은 내경 580mm ~ 1980mm의 관로도 10분 내에 재정비하여 검사할 수 있도록 도와준다.
